Privacy Policy

1Frame is a personal journaling app developed by Fehér Gábor. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at hello@1frame.app.

• No account creation and no login required.
• No personal identifiers (such as your name, address, or contacts) are collected by the app.
• No user-generated content (e.g., your daily videos) is uploaded to our servers.
• iCloud sync is not enabled at this time.

We use Google Analytics on our website and/or in-app web views to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. Google Analytics may collect device information (e.g., device type, OS version), approximate region, session duration, pages/screens visited, and engagement events. This information is used in aggregate and not to identify you personally.

• To measure feature adoption and app performance.
• To prioritize bug fixes and UX improvements.
• To understand high-level funnels (e.g., onboarding completion rates).

1Frame offers in-app purchases and subscriptions processed by Applevia the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple may process limited transaction metadata to complete purchases. For details, please review Apple’s privacy policy.

• Your daily 1-second videos are stored locally on your device’s app storage. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• Aggregated analytics data is retained by our analytics provider for a limited period consistent with their default policies.

1Frame is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Analytics data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We rely on our analytics provider’s safeguards for such transfers.

• You can limit analytics by using browser or device privacy controls.
• You can request deletion of support communications by emailing hello@1frame.app.

We take reasonable measures to protect information we control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our app evolves. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant updates may also be announced in-app or on our website.
